This site is published by Turtle Chuckle Films Private Limited to show our films and to let people reach us. We keep it accurate to the best of our knowledge, but films move, dates change and credits are corrected — nothing here is a promise or an offer, and a film listed as in development may never be made.

The words, design, logo and mascot on this site are ours. Posters, stills, trailers and other film material belong to the rights holders credited with each film, which often includes companies other than us, and appear here to present our work.

You are welcome to link to any page, and to quote a short passage with credit. Please ask before republishing an image or a video — write to turtlechucklefilms@gmail.com and say what you need it for. Press enquiries are answered quickly.

We do not accept unsolicited scripts, treatments or bibles. If you have a story, read how to pitch us first; it explains what to send and why the rule exists. Material sent outside that route is deleted unread, and sending it creates no obligation on our part and no confidence between us.

Anything else you send us — a message, a showreel link, a question — stays yours. We use it only to reply to you. How we handle your personal details is set out in our privacy notice.

We link to IMDb, streaming services, festivals and news sites. We do not control those pages and are not responsible for what they say or do.

We try to keep the site available and correct, but we offer it as it is. We are not liable for any loss arising from using it, beyond what the law does not allow us to exclude.

Indian law applies to this site, and the courts at Mumbai have jurisdiction over any dispute about it.
